A group that works can do it because of different circumstances and some of them may be coincidental. However, most groups are not blessed with fortunate coincidence or events. They work because of hard work, great knowledge and high ambitions for their employees.
If we start by defining a functional group. It is a group that have well-being members, the group is in a phase where implementation and productivity are in focus and the group deliver the desired quality and reach their goals
